Order processing
Due to our bespoke merchandising strategy, all our apparel items are customized to each order. Please allow 3-6 business days after order confirmation for us to handle and prepare your order for shipment.Â
Shipping and order processing may be delayed by a few days during the holiday season due to high volume of orders. We are trying our best to get your order shipped out as fast as we can!
All items in an order will be processed and shipped together to maximize shipping efficiency.
Domestic shipping
All orders are shipped via standard shipping with tracking. Please allow 3-4 business days for delivery once the order is shipped.Â
Domestic shipping rates are calculated based on order price using the rate schedule below:
- Order price up to $10.00: $2.99 USD
- Order price $10.01-$40.00: $6.99 USD
- Order price $40.01-$100.00: $8.99 USD
- Order price over $100.01: $11.99 USD
International shipping (where available)
International shipping rates are estimated at $15.95- $30.00 USD, and international shipping times are estimated at 14-21 business days.
Customer is responsible for any duties, tariffs, taxes, and customs costs associated with package retrieval once the package has been shipped outside of the standard package shipping fee.
